Where are you from? Where did you go to school?
I grew up in North Yarmouth, and attended the msad 51 schools. After high school, I went to the University of Maine where I studied art education.
Share something about your family and/or pets.
My family does best when we move, so we often spend time exercising together, or walking with our dog Maggie. We enjoy visiting family, and spending time at our camp in the summer months.
What makes you proud to be a member of the MSAD #51 community?
I'm proud to work with incredibly talented colleagues and students who work hard and play hard. I'm proud to be in a community that appreciates learning of all kinds.
When you are not in school, what can you be found doing?
When I’m not in school, usually before the sun rises, I can be found running. I run with friends or solo, and I usually do my best thinking and reflecting during this time. I love to cheer my kids on with their sports, in particular soccer and lacrosse. In between sports seasons I enjoy coffee dates with friends, there’s nothing better than connecting over a good cup of coffee!
What celebrity would you cast to play you in the movie of your life?
I love The Office, so I'll go with Jenna Fischer.
What was your favorite class in school?
Of course art was my favorite subject, but math was a close second!
