Reading at the Red House

Johna King’s kindergarten class visited the District Office today and shared their reading skills with staff members. It was truly the highlight of everyone’s week to welcome these young readers and hear them read aloud with such confidence and excitement!

Beam Signing

PreK & Kindergarten students at MIW had an exciting opportunity over the past two days to leave their mark on history by signing a beam that will be installed at the Small School in just a couple of weeks. Adding to the excitement, Carolyn F. Small herself signed the beam, including her trademark sign-off! The signed beam will become a lasting part of the new school and a meaningful symbol of community involvement.
